A useful quotation comparison checks what is being supplied before comparing price. Match the identity, source claim, concentration or carrier, pack quantity, documentation and delivery terms. Two products with the same aroma name can differ materially in those respects.

Ask which charges cover samples, development, packaging or transport, and whether the quoted material matches the evaluated sample. A lower bottle price is not automatically a lower cost for the required ingredient. Keep a short comparison record so the final choice reflects the agreed technical and commercial requirements rather than a headline price alone.
